Your Kjaer & Kjaer supplied vehicle is covered by a full factory warranty. This means that your local authorized Nissan Service Center will repair or replace any parts on the vehicle that prove to be defective free of charge during the first twelve months or 20,000 km, whichever comes first.

To activate the warranty you need to take the Warranty Information Booklet to your local authorized distributor and get it stamped.

This distributor will also carry out a first inspection service after 1,000 km. This service is free, except for oil and filter replacement costs. Subsequent services are at recommended intervals and must be carried out by an authorized distributor in order to keep the factory warranty valid.

However, certain parts are not covered by the manufacturer’s warranty and we recommend that you read the Information Booklet carefully.

Your Nissan Warranty Information Booklet will suggest the ideal service intervals for your new vehicle. To keep the factory warranty valid it is important that services are performed at an authorized Nissan Service Center.

Nissan Service Center availability

An appointed Nissan Service Center will normally be present locally in the countries within our defined mandate. Upon ordering a vehicle, we will furnish you with full contact details of the nearest Nissan Service Center.

Although there may not be an authorized Nissan Service Center in certain developing countries, we will take over the full factory warranty and furnish you with an alternative service center for service and maintenance.
